Moki Swimwear Exchange Policy

Moki Swimwear will be happy to exchange items as long as they are returned in the original purchase condition. That is, all original tags are still attached, the garments are unworn and unwashed.

Goods must be returned within 3 weeks from the purchase date with a completed Return Slip that indicates the reason for your exchange.

Please note: There is a $5.00 return fee for all exchanges that require an alternate size or style. Again, please be sure to fill out the Return Slip and include your Name, Delivery Address, Invoice Number and include it with your original item. You will also need to include Credit Card details for the $5 fee for exchanges on Size or Style. We do not accept returns on sale items.

Refunds:

In the unlikely event you may require a refund due to a manufacturing fault, Moki will require the original invoice in which you initially received with your garment to be returned to us with the completed reason for return, clearly indicating why these goods are deemed faulty.

As with our exchange policy, we require goods to be returned back to us within 3 weeks from purchase/delivery.

Moki will examine the manufacturing fault and offer an immediate exchange, or finally a refund according to the original payment method less the delivery cost.
